Poet Lab Spring 2027

When the lights dimmed at the Glass House in New York, and the first design of the London-based fashion house Poet Lab waltzed down the runway, it felt as if you could hear a pin drop. With the audience holding rapt attention, look after look continued to herald the return of glitzy grunge.

Oh, Jenny Humphrey style enthusiasts, rejoice, your time has finally come! The collection, entitled “Remember,” draws on the personal history of the brand’s muse, Elton Ilirjani, and Albania as a whole. Playing with unique textures, fringe, patterns, and details (going so far as to create a garment made of what appeared to be trash bags), the collection masterfully explained how fashion and art walk hand in hand.

If Poet Lab were to say anything about next season’s trends, we’re about to see many muted tones and glittering details. In a landscape where fashion has been filled with bright colors and bows, the uniqueness of Poet Lab’s spring 2027 collection feels like a much-needed breath of grungy air.
