Jonathan Anderson has a new job. He has been named creative director of Dior’s women’s, men’s and couture collections. The first time that a fashion designer has been named the creative director of Dior’s three fashion platforms. This appointment of a creative director to man the helm of three creative disciplines will hopefully strengthen the unified vision of Dior.

“Dior is thrilled to welcome Jonathan Anderson, a visionary creator with a remarkable career, as creative director of women’s, men’s, and haute couture collections of the House,” it said in a release Monday morning, as reported in fashionnetwork.com. Anderson comes to Dior after leaving his post at Loewe, another fashion brand owned by LVMH.

“I am delighted to welcome Jonathan Anderson to lead the women’s and men’s creations of the House. I have followed his career with great interest since he joined the LVMH group over 10 years ago. I am convinced that he will bring a creative and modern vision to our House, inspired by the fabulous story of Monsieur Dior and the codes he created. He will be supported by our teams and our incredible Ateliers who will bring his creativity to life,” said Delphine Arnault, chairman and chief executive officer of Christian Dior Couture.

“It is a great honor to join the House of Dior as creative director of both women’s and men’s collections. I have always been inspired by the rich history of this House, its depth, and empathy. I look forward to working alongside its legendary Ateliers to craft the next chapter of this incredible story. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Delphine Arnault and Bernard Arnault for their trust and loyalty over the years,” said Anderson.

Jonathan will present his first collection Dior Men Summer 2026, in Paris on June 27.

Brooke’s new gig

Brooke Shields always keeps herself relevant. Shields is the newest cover girl for Only Natural Diamonds‘ summer issue.

In this June 5 issue Shields chats with Ruthie Friedlander about aging, jewelry, and how her daughters have aided her in her evolution with her body perception. “A good portion of my career was about being sexualized but shutting myself down from that,” says Shields. “I used to hide everything. My daughters have really urged me to wear bikinis, not just a one-piece and a muumuu to the beach,” as reported in dailyfrontrow.com.

Shields inherited her jewelry from her mom, Teri, who died in 2012. And the 60-year-old Shields has decided to leave her jewelry to her 19-year-old daughter, Grier Hency.

“It’s not about the gold or diamonds alone,” continued Brooke, who shares her kids with husband Chris Henchy, “she sees the history, the workmanship, the story behind the institution of these houses,” as reported in yahoonews.com.
