Now this look was not a typical Demi Moore look. She wore a structured floral, glamorous gown made from archival vintage wallpaper designed by Harris Reed. This gown was appropriate, expertly expressing the Met Gala theme.

Ariana Grande

Well, Ariana looked more like a butterfly in this flowy, rather angelic gown by Loewe. One of the most interesting aspects of this look were Ariana’s face accessories, placed by the side of her eyes.

Kerry Washington

Kerry was perfectly pretty in purple. Kerry looked stunning in this purple velvet number. This was a custom Oscar de la Renta gown that called for midnight in the garden.

Rita Ora

This was one of the more edgy looks, and of course special.  Made from beads from all over the world, this Marni bodysuit had layers of beads trailing to the floor, with big cutouts, exposing Rita’s fit figure.

Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato wore a Prabal Gurung silver gown perfectly hugging her hourglass figure with flower appliques and a long train.  Lovato was sensual, sexy and within the theme. Welcome back to the Met Gala, Demi Lovato, after some years away.

Ben Simmons

This was a true garden keeper look by Thom Brown. Not too many flowers except for a long embroidered one, still Simmons gave Alice in Wonderland vibes. He accessorized with a very cool clock briefcase.

Zendaya

This look went viral and inspired so many memes. This gown from Maison Margiela by John Galliano Artisanal, based on a 1999 Dior gown, really brought the awaited drama.

The one-shoulder gown in royal blue and forest green with fruit embellishments along with a fabulous fascinator was the Met Gala 2024 win. This win suits Zendaya after an absence of five years from this spectacular event. She returned as one of the Met Gala’s co-chairs.

The exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute promises an unforgettable experience for fashion aficionados, to explore the enchanting world of “Sleeping Beauties” and the timeless elegance it inspires.
