The Tony Awards returned to Radio City Music Hall for its 75th Awards show. It was a big celebration for all:  the actors, producers, understudies, stage managers, and COVID-19 safety officers who make these Broadway shows possible and safe.  Oscar winner Ariana DeBose was the host of the show. And of course, the fabulous red-carpet looks did not disappoint.

Here are some of Fashion Reverie’s favorite looks:

Sutton Foster

Broadway veteran Sutton Foster was simple elegance in a Dolce & Gabbana gown with Alexandre Birman heels and Tiffany & Co. jewelry. The green color was great choice to stand out on the red carpet and fitting with Sutton Foster’s personal style.

Jennifer Hudson

Jennifer Hudson has officially achieved EGOT status.  The actress/singer/producer received her first ever Tony Award for “A Strange Loop” in a Pamella Roland gown and black pumps.

Sarah Paulson

Sarah Paulson made a very theatrical entrance in Moschino. It is not easy to wear a big peplum over a body conscious fit.  Nice match between Sarah and Moschino.

Cynthia Erivo

Giambattista Valli made Cynthia Erivo look ethereal in a Giambattista Valli Haute Couture 2022 masterpiece with elegant jewelry from Tiffany & Co.  Cynthia Erivo continues to nail the red carper for each of her appearances.  Cynthia Erivo is aways daring, yet glamorous.

Kelly O’Hara

O’Hara wore a white and black Bibhu Mohapatra alabaster crepe floral gown embellished with black velvet orchids. This beautiful fresh floral looks was perfect for the occasion.

Dominique Morisseau

Morisseau was stunning in a bright green, structured shamrock gown by Sergio Hudson. The look was completed with a Judith Leiber clutch and Lorraine West jewelry. The oversized puffy shoulders with a deep V decolletage were on trend and made a big red-carpet statement.

Billy Porter

No Tonys red carpet can be complete without Billy Porter bringing his unrivaled talent, shine, and drama.  For this Tony Award appearance, Billy Porter wowed in Dolce & Gabbana structured-shoulder metallic silver suit.
