There are more sexual molestations charges in the fashion industry. This time the charges are directed toward Alexander Wang.

In December, male model Owen Mooney posted two videos on Tik Tok that alleged that he was touched inappropriately and against his will by a famous fashion designer. Mooney claims that designer was Alexander Wang.

Mooney’s admission opened the floodgate of other male models and trans models who claim that Wang of either sexually assaulting or harassing them. Wang denies these charges.

In response to these allegations, Wang issued a statement to fashionista.com. ” Over the last few days, I have been on the receiving end of baseless and grotesquely false accusations. These claims have been wrongfully amplified by social media accounts infamous for posting defamatory material from undisclosed and/or anonymous sources with zero evidence or any fact-checking whatsoever,” explained Wang.

“Seeing these lies about me being perpetuated as truths has been infuriating. I have never engaged in the atrocious behavior described and would never conduct myself in the manner that’s been alleged,” Wang continued. “I intend to get to the bottom of this and hold accountable whoever is responsible for originating these claims and viciously spreading them online.”

Time will tell. Fashion Reverie will continue to follow this story!!
