“Fashion Reverie Talks” Episode 5

OK, I know you have heard the adage, “five is the charm.” No, that’s “three is the charm.” Well, how about, “to practice five things under all circumstances constitutes perfect virtue; these five are gravity, generosity of soul, sincerity, earnestness, and kindness.” Confucius said that!!

Am I saying that episode 5 of “Fashion Reverie Talks” has perfect virtue? No, I am not saying that, but it is pretty good!!

This episode of “Fashion Reverie Talks” includes a fall 2021 bridal roundup discussion with co-hosts Carl Ayers, Tijana Ibrahimovic, and Cicily Daniels. The co-hosts discussed the fall 2021 bridal collections of Lihi Hod, Ines di Santo, and VERDIN New York. Additionally, fashionreverie.com’s associate fashion editor Cameron Rose discussed her fall 2020 fragrance picks.

In a special segment R&B artist Russell Taylor discussed his call-to-action song “Wake Up.” Editor-in-chief William S. Gooch conducted the interview. Russell Taylor also detailed his other music projects and his desire to stay an independent artist.

As we do in every episode, there is fashion news which this week includes the passing of fashion icon Kenzo Takada, June Ambrose’s new job as Puma’s creative collaborator, and Nyle DiMarco’s documentary, “Deaf U.” True to form, “Fashion Reverie Talks” continues to be an expansion of everything we do on fashionreverie.com. And like everything on the site, the segments on the talk show are nuanced, provocative, charming, and full of fun!!
