Rita Vinieris Spring 2014

Downloads15The female silhouette has been admired for decades in the world of fashion design. Rita Vinieris unveiled her spring 2014 collection of elegant eveningwear that embodied the essence of sophisticated seduction and glamour. The designs are artistic, trend-setting creations that Vinieris has described as “a combination of black tie meets boudoir” for her new line of dresses and jumpsuits.

The color palette consists of exhilarating red, soft nude, midnight black, winter white and soft peach shades against rich French and American lace embroidery, plunging V-neck and revealing backless cut-outs for a more provocative appeal combined with classic silhouettes that speak to many women. Vinieris spoke with Fashion Reverie  about her new collection stating that she wanted to create a dress that would “show off a woman”. “It’s a dress for someone who is going somewhere. She wants to bee seen. She wants to make an entrance,” says Vinieris.

The lingerie, 70s–inspired collection personifies refined sex appeal for the elegant beauty that is confident and knows who she is and loves to make a grand entrance at any gala.  Though the collection reflects 70s–style looks—imagine flared-legged lace jumpsuits wrapped bodice eveningwear, and 70s Marissa Berenson–like hairstyles—Vinieris managed to keep the collection current and fashion forward.

“Everything is lightweight, effortless, and chic” says Vinieris. The boudoir-influenced designs make for captivating looks that are graceful, luxurious, and sensual for a look that is both timeless and stylish for the perfect combination of sexiness and class.
