Ladies in White

For spring 2020, fashion put a lot of effort in creating white garments that are appropriate before Labor Day and after. Though white makes everyone nervous—heaven forbid you spill something on yourself—this neutral was by far the most popular minimalist color for spring 2020.

Sequins and Shine

The spring 2020 fashion season made industry professionals feel shiny and new. Garments were dripping in sequins which facilitates everyone looking like they could walk the red carpet.  Glitter and be glamorous.

Voluminous Sleeves

Big sleeves are back and better than ever. The puffy sleeve trend will be coming to a city and definitely a red-carpet near you next spring. Who wants to start taking bets on what celebrities we will see in balloon sleeves at next year’s Emmys and Oscars?

Who Wears Short Shorts?

Warm weather brings lots of exposed skin, and fashion designers for spring 2020 encouraged female consumers to show plenty of leg. Short shorts were all the rage on the runway from New York to Paris. May there be legs for days!!

Hats Off

The must-have accessory for spring 2020 is hats. For their spring 2020 collections designers created interesting hat silhouettes ranging from bucking hats to sunhats. Remember, Global warming is a real phenomenon and hats can help protect against UV rays, and hats are oh so stylish!!

Get In-Vested

Vests have evolved beyond a layering piece, for spring 2020 you can wear them as a top solo outer garment. Pair vests with a good pair of culottes or a skirt and some flats, and voilá, girl you are styling for spring 2020.

Oversized Skirts

If you’re are trying to be a bit demure this summer and not flash so much skin, remember that oversized skirts are back en vogue for spring 2020.  Bigger can be better, just be sure that you don’t look like your wearing hot air balloon!!
