Celebrity Fashion Sightings: 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards

This week’s Celebrity Fashion Sightings was all about the 2019 Screen Actor’s Awards red carpet. The 2019 Screen Actors Guild Award marked one of the few occasions when two black films were nominated for Best Film.

Fashion Reverie was front and center bringing our viewers all the great style from the 2019 SAG Awards’ red carpet.

“Black Panther’s” Angela Bassett was far from demure in a ruffle-embellished Georges Chakra gown with long train and dipping décolletage. She was beautifully accessorized in Casadei shoes, a Tadashi Shoji clutch, and Kimberly McDonald jewelry.

Speaking of long trains, Catherine Zeta-Jones stunned in a Zuhair Murad Couture and Chopard jewelry. And showing a lot of leg didn’t hurt either.

“Crazy Rich Asians’” Michelle Yeoh really knows how to turn out the red carpet in a couture gown. She did Elie Saab proud in a feather and sequin-embellished gown. That’s right; show off that small waist!!

Emma Stone went in a different direction this red-carpet season, opting for a dressed down pant look. Though this look was a somewhat pleasant departure, this Louis Vuitton ensemble did not wow.

Lady Gaga has been turning out on the red-carpet this season. At the 2019 SAG Awards Gaga was all sass and sensuality in Dior Haute Couture, Jimmy Choo heels, and Tiffany & Co. jewelry.

2019 may seem like a real breakout season for Emily Blunt, but if you have carefully followed her career, Emily Blunt has had several breakout seasons since her breakout role in “The Devil Wears Prada.” Blunt is more than pretty in pink in Michael Kors Collection with Jimmy Choo clutch and Forevermark Diamonds jewelry.

“GLOW’s” Alison Brie was all sophisticated elegance in a black Miu Miu strapless dress with innovative black shoulder embellishments.

Sandra Oh won a 2019 SAG Award for “Killing Eve.” For her red-carpet appearance, Oh was dressed in a burgundy wine Jenny Packham off-the-shoulder gown. Probably, not the best choice the two-time Emmy-winning actress.

Amy Adams choice for the 2019 SAG Awards was better choice than her choice for the recent Golden Globes. Adams was all class and panache in Celine by Hedi Slimane, Jimmy Choo heels and Cartier jewelry.

“Black Panther’s” Danai Gurira imperially showed off her regal beauty in Ralph & Russo white gown with feathered embellishment and Bulgari jewelry. By the way, “Black Panther” won the 2019 SAG Award for best film.

Margo Robbie gave a solid, noteworthy performance in “Mary Queen of Scots.” The 2018 Oscar winner gave no less of a performance on the 2019 SAG Awards red carpet in an exquisite Chanel gown.
